Thank you for applying to Conserve School! Once this form has been submitted, a family account will be created. The student will only have access to this account through a parent login (the parent email indicated on this form) and the password associated with that login. If the password is forgotten, there is a button to change the password.

Please note: if you want to edit something on your application once it has been submitted, please contact us and we will assist you.


Conserve School accepts applications during the school year prior to the semester for which you are applying. (For example: Applications for the Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters are accepted beginning September 1, 2017).

Please be sure to include your full street address including your house number.

Please consider not using your school email account, as these addresses are sometimes blocked by your school’s internet firewall. We prefer that you use a personal email address that you check regularly.
